Ministry is one way we express our Heart For God.  God reached down to us in love, making it possible for us to reach back to Him; we call this UpReach.  God tells us to love one another with the same kind of love, we call this InReach.  He told us to go into the world and make disciples, we call this OutReach.  UpReach, InReach, and OutReach, is another way of describing our ministries.  We consider the members of our church, the ministers of our church.
